Our story
Family recipes, out of the dining room and onto the street.
Zestia was founded by cousins George and Paul, who grew up eating the food their family cooked at home. The idea was simple: take those recipes, sauces, seasonings and marinades out of the kitchen they came from and put them somewhere the rest of Metro Detroit could get at them.
Since 2015
One kitchen in Warren. Now three, plus a truck.
“We use the same ingredients we grew up eating at our dinner table,” George says. “All the sauces, all the seasonings, all the meats, all the marinades, they are very familiar to us and very common in our homes.”
One shop in Warren opened in 2015. Today it is three restaurants and a food truck that stays booked weeks in advance.
Our mission
Good Greek food, for however you eat.
Fresh-pressed pita, hand-crafted gyros, bright salads and hearty protein bowls, all made with the care you would put into them at home. Keto, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free: there is something on the menu built for you.
Recognition
Voted Metro Detroit's best food truck.
The truck brings the same food the restaurants make straight to your event, and it has been a fixture at breweries, corporate campuses and private parties across the area. Zestia has also been named a finalist for Best Greek Restaurant by Hour Detroit Magazine, alongside some of the most storied Greek restaurants in the region.
